Artists Studios at KIAC can be rented for as little as £60 per calendar month inclusive.

We don't have any studios available for rent at the moment. When we do, the studios are mostly £60 or £110 per month including electricity, and they range in size up to about 7m x 4m with the price depending on both the size and the amount of natural light. 24 hour access is available. We have several people waiting for studios to become available. If you would like to come and view KIAC and our studios, the best time to come would be 6:30 on a Wednesday evening, when someone would be available to show you round. Please let us know in advance if you want to come and have a look. |

Please note that the above prices include £10 p.c.m. for electricity (£5 for half share). The cost of electricity may vary, and indeed the studio rent is not guaranteed to stay the same forever, but we try to keep rents to a minimum.
